Welcome To The Private Practice Systems Audit
With the Private Practice Systems audit, our Practice Management team will start with a 30-min consultation so that we can get all of the information we need to audit your systems. Then the audit begins!
The following systems will be audited:
After the audit is COMPLETED....
-
We will meet for 60 minutes to discuss the results of your audit, show you your audit report, and create an action plan so that you know what your next steps are.
-
If you don’t want to create all of these systems on your own, then we can do it for you! With the Private Practice Audit with Systems Creation, you will receive the audit mentioned above, but you will also get an ADDITIONAL 60-minute strategy meeting, a ClickUp account set up for you, and your systems created for you and placed into ClickUp.
-
After your systems have been created, we will meet for 60 minutes to show you around your new ClickUp and new systems! We also offer ongoing services and once your systems are created, we can start working with you on an ongoing basis, managing your practice with all of your systems completed and in place.
So, here's how the audit and systems creation is going to help you...
-
With your systems in place, your new team member has a beginning spot to learn about your business. It helps them understand the occurrence of each process, what is required for completion, and the accountabilities for themselves in your business. This allows them to get up to speed much quicker and relives you from having to spend limitless hours training.

-
Your business will be equipped for delegating and outsourcing. You will be able to delegate the work to a new team member which will free you up to do the things that you love to do in your business

-
Your systems will be a way to lead your team to guarantee that they accomplish tasks appropriately. The more they follow the SOP, the more self-assured they become in their abilities. Enhanced productivity means you save on work hours, and at the same time decrease chances of mistakes in their work.

-
You will have a standard for the services that you offer. Although your customers may never see your SOPs, they will undoubtedly know how competently you run your business. Having SOPs confirms that each member of your team has a clear understanding of the anticipated result they are needing to give to you. This could incorporate the way your practice manager communicates with your clients on the phone, or handles client concerns.

-
You will have continuity of business in case you have to use a backup team member. They can refer to the SOP, quickly get up to speed, and confirm that the work is accomplished properly.

-
You will be able to recognize areas for enhancement within your business. Over time, SOPs become a foundation for recognizing chances for refining your internal processes, which could save extra time and money, and further improve your client experience.

-
You will be able to improve your HIPAA compliance. You want to confirm that you are constantly following the HIPAA rules and regulations in every step of your business. Documenting these requirements in your SOP serves as an imperative reminder for both you and your team on steps that are crucial to HIPAA compliance.
